Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Some items – such as hazardous materials, large or heavy items and batteries – may be available for store pickup only or have shipping restrictions; this is shown on the product page or at checkout.

Costs and delivery times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

• No additional shipping charges or hidden fees are applied at checkout
• Free shipping applies to standard shipping services only
• Expedited or special delivery options are not currently offered

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day after payment confirmation  (Monday – Friday) .

Please note:

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends
• Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods
• Once processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment  (Monday – Friday)
• Total Estimated Time (processing + delivery): 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Customer location
• Carrier operations
• Weather conditions
• Other factors beyond our control

Buy online, pick up in store

Choose store pickup at checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID; someone else can collect it if you tell us their name. Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Local delivery

Where same-day or local delivery is offered, availability depends on your ZIP code and the item and is shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Check your order at Order Status or under My Account > Orders. When an order ships you will receive tracking details by email.

Damaged, lost or incorrect deliveries

Inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 7 days at (909) 623-3151. See also our Return & Core Policy.
