Warranty Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Many of the parts and products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty that applies – for example limited, one-year or lifetime – is stated by the manufacturer on the product, its packaging or your receipt.
Making a warranty claim
- Bring or send the defective part with your receipt or order number. Call us first at (909) 623-3151 for online orders.
- We check the part and, where the manufacturer’s warranty applies, replace it with the same or an equivalent part, or refund you. Some claims have to be decided by the manufacturer, which can take longer; we will keep you informed.
- Batteries may need to be tested and charged before a warranty decision.
What warranties usually do not cover
- Labor to remove or install parts, towing, rental vehicles, diagnostics or other costs (unless the manufacturer’s warranty says otherwise).
- Normal wear (for example brake pads and wiper blades wearing down), improper installation, misuse, accidents, racing or off-road use, and parts used on a vehicle they were not designed for.
- Commercial or fleet use, where the manufacturer excludes it.
This policy does not limit rights you have under state or federal law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
